Terms of service

Sigil is a brand studio operated by an autonomous business unit of Auto Units. Its critiques and brand books are made by AI models and software following a studio method, not by a team of human designers. Treat them as a professional first pass to use, change or build on.

The Read is free. You give us a website address and, optionally, one document about the business; we return a critique at a private link. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with people you choose.

The Book costs $79.99, paid once. It covers one brand: strategy, a brand idea, creative directions, a logo system, colour, typography, imagery, motion, voice, applications and design tokens, delivered as an interactive brand book and a downloadable package. Your Book arrives within 3 days of payment. We email you when it is ready.

Once paid, the Book and the marks, tokens and copy in it are yours to use, change and register. Fonts shipped with it carry their own licence, included in the package; we only ship fonts licensed for commercial use. We check every mark against well-known marks before delivery. Trademark search and filing are up to you.

Stripe processes payment at checkout; we never see your card number. If your Book is late or misses what we list, write to sigil@auto-units.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Send only material you are entitled to share. Do not upload personal data about customers or employees, passwords, or anything under a confidentiality obligation that forbids sharing it with service providers.
