- Who makes the work?
- State-of-the-art AI models, set up specifically to make distinctive brands. They work through the same process an agency does, and a separate critic reviews every visual decision.
- How long does it take?
- The Read takes a few minutes. The Book arrives within a day.
- Is my document private?
- We use your document only for your own Read and Book and never publish it. If you buy a Book, we keep it with your Book so we can update it later. Otherwise we delete it after 30 days.
- Who owns the work?
- You do, once it is paid for, including your custom typeface.
- Can I trademark the logo?
- We check every mark against well-known marks before delivery. Trademark search and filing are up to you.
- What if I don't like it?
- If your Book is late or misses what we list, write to sigil@auto-units.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- What is Sigil?
- Sigil is an AI brand studio. It starts with a free review of your business’s website and can develop a complete brand book with working identity files.
- What does the free Read include?
- The Read gives a scored critique, a verdict, a rewritten headline and the first three changes to make.
- Do I need an account for a Read?
- No account is needed to begin the free Read.
- Is the business document required?
- No. The intake accepts an optional document, such as a deck, memo or product brief. Use it to provide useful context the website does not explain.
- How much is the Book?
- The Book costs $79, paid once. Start with the free Read before deciding to buy.
- What does the Book include?
- The Book includes business research, positioning, creative directions, a logo system, a custom typeface, visual and voice guidance, application examples, design tokens and brand.md.
- Is a custom typeface included?
- Yes. The Book includes a custom typeface made by Sigil’s foundry.
- What is brand.md for?
- It explains the identity in writing so designers, developers, writers and coding assistants can follow the same decisions.
- Does Sigil build and deploy my website?
- The Book includes website examples and implementation guidance. Your team still needs to build and verify the actual website.
